Does it really seem to work? Do you find yourself not eating things because you would have to journal it if you did? I do journal everything that goes into my mouth, whether it is liquid or food, good or bad choices. I have noticed that if I don't write it down, I have the outlook like I didn't eat it, so I don't feel bad for making bad food choices, which most of the time is what stops me from making bad food choices. I am trying to come up with a way to stop eating sweets. I think I have gotten into a habit (especially) this last week of eating sweets. I am wondering if to break the habit if I should try and start writing down everything I eat. That way I won't want to write down candy or frostys so maybe I just wouldn't eat them. What do you think? Does journaling really work? I can't say if it would for everyone. I can say it works great for me personally. I use www.sparkpeople.com for my food journal, support and information. It's a wonderful site. 340/293.9/275 Good luck and best of luck with your journaling. Have a great day!~ Best Wishes,Sue...
