When I was exercising and eating right I had so much more energy. So I know if I could get back to it that I would have energy again.

I just went through this same funk for about 3 weeks, ! Hang in there.... pull yourself back up on the wagon. You are right though, push past the tired and make yourself workout, you will start feeling better.

Not sure of weight. Afraid to get on the scale.

If it were me, I would get on the scale to just see where you are at. Then you will know. It might not be as bad as you thought. I am still up a few pounds and inches from my slacking time, but it will start going away now that I am back on track.

Hugs,

my best advice I can give you is get on a routine. This is my goal for April. To get routines going. They say you have to do something at least 30 days before it becomes routine. I have done my walk everyday since monday. So it is 6 days out walking. It feels good when I can check it off. Try a to do list. If a nap is on that list fit it in. Today I napped for 2 hrs. It felt good. Sleep is very important on how we feel.

, we all know how tiring this is. Trust me I know. You go and go until one day is is just too overwhelming. I've been there. I used to lay down every after noon and nap for about 2 to 3 hours. Then I'd wake and feel horrible all afternoon and then wouldnt sleep good at night. It hard to break cycles and stay "good " all the time. But , you have worked so hard. I sure hate for you to lose it all. I truly found when I exercised it gave me more energy and put more pep in my step. But like you I havent been feeling the motivation lately and letting other stuff step in front of my weight loss intentions. Hey, I'm gonna try and get back to a stricker me and make myself more accountable again. I sure would like it if you was right there by me trying again to get back on track. I'm sure we will both have fall backs many times before we reach our goals. I don't think any of us can lose 100 plus pounds and not have fall backs. We just have to try and make sure these fall backs only last as short of a period as we can possibly pull ourselves out of our slump and move on to losing our next 5 pounds. I know how you feel. We ARE letting ourselves down. So we are gonna have to be the ones to pull ourselves up again. Come on .... Lets go and get back on track. Take a multi vitiamin, grab some water and lets go for a short walk.

So tired!!!

Hi there friends,

Well, I just haven't been doing so well lately. I thought I was getting back on track and the next thing I know I'm eating a donut. I know the only one that can turn this around is me, but it is so hard. I am so tired! I feel that I don't have much strength. When I was exercising and eating right I had so much more energy. So I know if I could get back to it that I would have energy again. My excuse for not exercising is that I am so tired. I need to find a way to push past the tiredness and start the exercising again. I took my husband to work this morning and then came home and went back to bed. I didn't get up again until 1 pm. I feel that not only am I letting myself down, but everyone else that has been supporting me.

Not sure of weight. Afraid to get on the scale.

Also thank you for letting me know about the funk you were in. It helps to know that I am not alone in this. Are you back to eating right and exercising? Are you out of your funk yet? If not we can get out of it together. If you are out of your funk already, that is an encouragement to me. Maybe if you can do it I can too sort of thing.

, I think for the most part, yes.... I don't know what caused the funk to start. Wait, I do. Allergies, etc. Seasonal blooming stuff. Then, at the college campus 2 blocks from where I work, there was a huge apartment fire and we had to breathe the smoke for a few days.... ewwww nasty! Depression when my sister's birthday came and went didn't help. I am back to exercising pretty faithfully (Curves 4x this past week, plus walking on top of it)....

Hang in there, keep up the good work.

said, " I sure would like it if you was right there by me trying again to get back on track". Well, , Okay I'm with you. We will do this together. We both can get back on track. It might be hard. I mean really hard, but we can do this. In fact I need to see where I am on the scales, but have been afraid to look. Maybe looking would actually give me a very good reason to get back on track. I am not going to weigh in today, because I have already eaten this morning. I will get back on the scales first thing tomorrow morning before breakfast. Checking weight tomorrow

, You know that is a good idea. Maybe I will make a list. You know that could help me in more then just exercising too. I could put in things like cleaning in my apartment and other things I want to get done. I think a long time ago I made a list and when I accomplished something I would check it off and it was kind of fun checking things off and seeing what all I have accomplished. Thanks for the idea. I am going to try that. weighing in tomorrow Re: So tired!!! my best advice I can give you is get on a routine. This is my goal for April. To get routines going. I weighed myself this morning and didnt write it down cause the grandkids came over and I forgot what it was. My son got stranded on the side of the road when his car broke down and we had to go tow him in then lunch was extremely late. So as a result of all of this I havent weighed again yet. Plan on doing it before I go to bed though. Hopefully I can get it charted before I forget again. I don't really care what time of day i weigh in. Tomorrow granddaughter goes into hospital but I wont be going to the hospital after all. With son's car torn up it is too much to ask someone else to take me so I'm just gonna stay here with the youngest till mom and sister gets back home. Got to try and squeeze in the lawyers office sometime too plus time to auto shop. But I am gonna find time for me. Not quite sure yet what I'm gonna do, It may just be walking in the yard again but I will find something. After all we need to help ourselves so we can help others.
