What of the following would you suggest to start workouts with. Please remember I am not an active person and weigh 230. Be gentle with your suggestions please Blanks--Basic Training Bootcamp --Anything Sansone--Weight Loss Walk or Walk Away the Pounds (and of the series) Austin--Anything Pilates for Dummies-- The Firm--Anything Thank you again for your suggestions and advice!
