WOW! OHMYGOSH! You go girl!! That is fantastic, that's practically an hour a day!! Fantastic!! You did it this week, you can do it again!! That inspires me!! Geez, if you can go everyday, I know I can go everyday to do my *stuff*.... can't wait to see how that boosts your weight loss!!

Im so proud of myself. I mean Im hurting but I feel great that I actually did that much in one week. Im hoping to be able to do that much next week also. If not Im not going to complain as long as I get at least 30 minutes of exercise in everyday. Thanks for all the support and motivation you all give me.
