Went to the Doctor

today for a follow up from my ER visits. For those that dont know I was in the ER Tuesday and Wednesday for Dizzyness and Lightheadedness. The first ER I went to said it was something in my inner ear but never checked my ears or anything like that just took blood and urine and said it was my inner ear, gave me some meds and told me I would be ok by Wednesday. Well woke up Wednesday feeling worse and more dizzy and lightheaded. So my mom took me to the other ER and this time they did, cat scan, more blood, more urine, EEG gave me fluids through and IV and then came back and said everything came back normal and asked me what the other ER did. So I told him that they gave me Antivert and sent me home. He said that was good but I needed a Booster for it and he gave me phenergan and after that I was feeling better. Well last night me and my boyfriend went out to eat at Bob and I wanted pancakes. So I got them and put my syrup on them and after I ate half I started getting lightheaded and dizzy again. So anyway I went to the doctor today and told him what was going on and also told him that it seems like if I eat something with sugar in it I get to feeling bad. So he sent me to the lab to do a glucose tolerant test where I drink this stuff and wait an hour and give blood. So he should have my test results back in a few days. Im hoping its nothing serious. I have diabetes in my family. But he did say I might not have it but just be a type of person that cant eat sugar. But this just started all of a sudden. Im hoping like I said its nothing serious. Hes also sending me to the Dietitian tomorrow to talk to them. Im hoping something good will come out of all of this. Just wanted to let you all know what was going on.
