I can truly see why it is so hard to lose weight. you lived like this for so long some things you just do without a second thought like getting dressed. I refuse to let this one set back deter me. I even finished all 8 glasses of water yesterday. In my mind I am doing good since I started with that one mistake. Even with eating the pizza the other day I am still eating well below the calories I was taking in. I can do this. I'm not really upset because I ate the doughnuts. Like I said no food is off limit. I want this to be a lifelong change. I was upset because I did it without thinking. Without being consious of what I was doing. Without portion control. But I can recover from it. It's a cold day here with snow falling and 4-5 inches of snow is predicted. , Exactly! No food is off limits but limiting the amount of food you eat is your control, not the foods!. I never thought food controlled me, then I was told it was time to take control of the food instead of the food controlling me. I didn't realize I had an food addiction. But once I looked at it from an outside eye and not like it was me, I realized I did have a serious problem with food. It was always there for me, whether I looked good or bad, loved me no matter what and was always there to make me feel better. Plus it was a lifelong habit! Ofcourse you can lose this weight! It's hard, and not easy sometimes, you know how you feel when are winning. You keep up the excellent work and we are here for you!! Hugs & Blessings,Sue.. Yes, you fell off the wagon, but you realized what you were doing before you ate the whole bowl of donuts! And then you stopped, thought about what you were doing and put the left over donuts back in the container! That is excellent. You are serious about losing this weight or you would have dismissed the thought of putting them back and ate the rest of them! You are back on track now, so celebrate that, and let the donuts go. Continue your day, including that you ate them, add them to your food journal, but don't be so hard on yourself! I look at food meal by meal, snack by snack. We all get tempted! You have a great day and smile a lot because you totally deserve it! Hugs & Blessings,Sue..
