, I think you could probably do both. WW is really just calorie

counting modified into points. And I aim to eat what is 'legal' on a

diet for diabetes (more protein, good fats, very few processed carbs)

and do fine with the calorie counting plan. *shrugs* But you just

gotta find what'll work for *you* long term. :-)

I'm so happy that you're back in the swing of things again!

Hi there, I got my Weight Watcher books out from when I went a few years ago I think it was. Well, any way, I am going to try and do the Weight Watchers and my diabetic thing at the same time, I believe I can do it. I tried it yesterday and it worked. I am still putting my info down at sparkpeople too. I want to see which works best for me. I think I will do both for a week or two and then see which works best for me. I can do both with my diabetes way of eating. I thought it would be harder then it is, but it doesn't look like it will be that hard.
