A MEETIN` TONIGHT

What makes my exercise classes different from the rest is that at the end of

the class, we all sit down and have a meeting of the minds. On Saturday

before my sweatin` class, I have a meeting that takes place at Slimmons

called Project Me. Yes, getting healthy is your project, and you need all

the positive ammunition you can get to stay on track! I`ve had these

meetings on Saturday for over 30 years at my exercise studio.

When people come into the class, they`re handed a little card called the

Project Me Passport. Inside the card are written 21 sentences that I,

myself, wrote. At the beginning of our meeting, we recite the sentences one

at a time. I`ve had these meetings all over the country. People seem to get

a lot out of them. I have been putting this passport in every package that I

have sold on infomercials and in retail. Over 12 million have been printed

up and sent out. Who knew when I wrote this passport on the floor at

Slimmons a few weeks before I opened up that they would still hold true

today? Many people tell me it helps start out their day more focused, and

you know, focus in on anything, and success will follow!

Tonight we`re going to have a PROJECT ME MEETING in our AUDITORIUM in the

CLUBHOUSE. It`s March, and some of you have not been doing as well as you`d

like to do, and others of you have not even really started! I felt everyone

needed to have a Project Me Meeting and discuss these 21 sentences. This is

what I think you need just about now!

You know, one of the cutest pictures I ever saw was a snapshot of a

2-year-old baby holding a Project Me Passport and looking at it as if he

were reading it! Do you have a Project Me Passport to bring to our meeting
