PS have you ever looked at myvirtualmodel.com and looked at the before and after where you are at? Very enlightening sometimes.... I used to have one with my before and goal weights as well as 25 lb increments along the way, to have for motivation ;-)

Have you tried the WATP videos ( Sansone)? I have never tried them, but have heard good raves from other diet buddies.... doesn't sound like it takes much room to do her walking in place thing.... anyway, I hope the weather gets nice outside for a walk. I have "mastered" the walking in cooler weather, I just hate the blustery wind when it is that way.... now, gonna go look at your website/blog ;-)

Yanno what? That's kind of a problem, the looking part. I don't LOOK 30 pounds thinner, but then again, I'm not exercising like I should. No room in the house too muddy in the yard, most of my movement is confined to walking around the yard and puttering with my plants. Supposed to be more springlike this week maybe I can start my routine. Start firming up.ABrite@... wrote: Yay Sapphyre!! WOOOOHOOOOOO!! Weigh to go!! Believe me, they take very little room! One apartment we lived in, all I had

to exercise in during the hot summer months was in the bedroom, in the tiny

space between hubby's side of the bed and the dresser. The space was the

width of the night table, about 20 inches, and the length was the length of

the bed - that's IT! I had to modify the steps a little bit, being careful

not to kick too far back on the kick backs and such, but I had the will so

there was a way. :)
