Well, what now???

Hi there friends, Well, I am trying to figure out what to do next. I am not walking around the track today because it is around 30 degrees outside right now, and I just don't want to freeze my buns off. This morning our electricity went off and I waited a long time to eat my breakfast. We (my hubby and I) went to my mom's to see if their electricity had gone off. It had but by the time we got there it was back on. So we stayed and chatted for a while. We didn't have any milk at home so after we left her house we went to the store. All I was going to buy was some milk, but I was really hungry. Don't go to the store when you are hungry. I needed some milk so I could have some cereal when I got home, but ended up getting some donuts as well. There were six donuts in a package and I ate three and my husband ate three. We ate this around noon. I didn't have any breakfast at all. Being diabetic I am not supposed to go that long without eating. Then I went and ate donuts That was a no no. Last night after dinner I had two Ding Dongs. They were my husbands and they looked really good. I seem to be doing better on my exercising as long as I can walk around the track, but my eating seems to be getting out of control again. I need to some how bring it back into control. I hope that I haven't gained back up to 300. I so don't want to be in the 300's again. My official weigh in day is tomorrow. I am trying to decide what to do today for exercise. I wish it was nice out and I could walk the track again. I love walking the track. I love fresh air. Just not cold fresh air or hot fresh air for that matter. Guess I am a little picky. LOL! Why can't the temps be perfect all year round. LOLOL!!!!! Oh well, guess I have to live in the real world like everyone else. Actually I shouldn't be complaining because it hasn't been all that bad this winter. Temps have been all over the place. Well, going to go and try to think of what I might do for exercise today. Hope everyone has a great day. 340/300.1/299 Still hoping that I am under 300, but with the way I am eating I don't know how I am doing.

A new day, .... don't beat yourelf up, just get up, dust off and move on! And get the derailing sweets out of the house!! Find something you can do indoors for when it is too cold out. I don't know, we are in the single digits right now and I hate my walk due to the wind etc.... glad for Curves right now
