ON A ROLL

I`m in my fifth month of doing my radio show for Sirius Satellite Radio

called " Lighten Up. " Each week, I hear from so many of you who tell me how

much you enjoy the three hours of motivation each Sunday. Now it`s my

pleasure to let you know that a 1-hour program called " The Best of Lighten

Up " is now on Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM PST/9:00 AM EST! That way, many

people can listen to the show and experience pure joy!

I get such joy reading letters and calling them all. Everyone I call emails

me that same day to tell me they`re joyful and hopeful after being on the

show, and the show is very popular with truckers! They listen to me as

they're truckin' down the highway. When I talk to them, I make them toot

their horn and pull over.

I talk to many people who`ve had success with their weight. Each hour on the

show, I speak with someone who has put all the pieces of their puzzle

together and lost some pounds. Also each hour, I do a follow up call to

those I have already spoken to. I call and check up on them and see how

they`re doing. I read many people`s emails and then talk to them on the

show. For all three hours, I take some phone calls from those who want to

tell me their story.

There is only one reason I want to do that show, and that reason is to help

people, and it`s doing that! Today I`m very happy to announce my very first

Sirius Radio Honor Roll! These are people who have been inspired by the show

our Clubhouse who I call so they can inspire my listeners! I do hope you`ll

get a Sirius radio sometime soon, and one day, I know you`ll make the honor

roll, too!
