Guest guest
What do you mean it's 'not a huge accomplishment'?! How many people can say that they walked 1.5 miles today just for exercise? And not only the people in here, but the general public? I think it's awesome--give yourself credit! Way to go! -Bonnie

None of us have been on the same exact journey through life. And if you don't start at the same starting line at the same time, then how will the journeys ever be exactly measurable side by side? Celebrate this victory woman!! You're doing it! Sandi

Guest guest
I agree with Bonnie! You take credit for each and every one of those steps girl! You put in the effort and you will be the one to get the rewards! It's a stuggle for me to get a mile in. Most days I get about .75 of a mile. But its more then I was doing. I want to get me a leslie sansone dvd. I have heard so much about it. I looked around on the web for one I could download for free but can't find any. And I never get out to the library anymore. Maybe one of these days I'll get one. I got one of those stepometer thingy after my other one broke. And I just cant seem to get a accurate reading on those things. This last one I got tends to shut itself off when i sat for awhile and then you have to really take a hard step to get it back on. ~:~The Personal Touch~:~Tags, Stats, or anything else personalized with your name.Everything here is personalized!http://free.hostdepartment.com/t/thepersonaltouchMy Personal Web Site I gotta brag..lol As some of you know, I bought a Sansone Walk Away the Pounds Walk Diet DVD last week. I finally got it and used it this morning. OMG....I did 1.5 miles! It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but it had it's moments of quitting, but I kept doing it and didn't stop. I know it's not a huge accomplishment but it means something to me. I just wanted to share my little step. Hope everyone has a great day!!~ Best Wishes,Sue... Guest guest
Try looking on Amazon.com. They have some pretty good deals on older exercise videos. <sandra.mygroup@...> wrote: I want to get me a leslie sansone dvd. I have heard so much about it.
