Don't be so hard on yourself! Yes, you fell off the wagon, but you realized what you were doing before you ate the whole bowl of donuts! And then you stopped, thought about what you were doing and put the left over donuts back in the container! That is excellent. You are serious about losing this weight or you would have dismissed the thought of putting them back and ate the rest of them! You are back on track now, so celebrate that, and let the donuts go. Continue your day, including that you ate them, add them to your food journal, but don't be so hard on yourself! I look at food meal by meal, snack by snack. We all get tempted! You have a great day and smile a lot because you totally deserve it!
