Mike and I have been so busy that I did by vegetables. I need to change that. Today I WAS the one feeling bad about myself. I was kicking myself in the butt for sales not being good and because my one client won’t return my emails. All I want to do is help her lose weight like I did. To say the least I was a little disappointed. By the way I’m not trying to sell my services, Just telling you about my day. Today, I had this mental attitude that when the weight is gone, everything will be perfect. What a wake up call! Everything is not going to be perfect just because I dropped 200 lbs. Don’t let yourself get into that mentality either. Your life might change slightly

because of your weight loss but along with changing your body, you need to make changes in your life. Hate your job? Find out why and do things to change it for the better. Having problems at home, Find out what the problems are and solve them. If you can’t solve them then move on. I know there are many of you in the groups who are going through family problems and relationship problems. Take the time to change them for the better as you change your health.I was also having the mentality that I want this extra weight off right now!! You should have seen me, I was an emotional, snot running, eye crying mess. I realized that in a month, I’m going to be 34. I know to some, I’m still a baby, but what happened to 33 years and why did I let myself get this big. Sure there were some emotional and physical things that I was dealing with but……..I just wish I hadn’t turn to food to deal with them. I guess that’s what happens when you live with an alcoholic parent. You learn to fill

your emotions with another substance.
