A DAILY DOSE OF SWEAT

What do you mean you`re not exercising like you should? Isn`t that what you told me last year? And didn`t you promise yourself that this year would be different? Didn`t you tell yourself that your workouts would be a priority for you? So have they been? You know how I feel about exercise and its benefits. I would be dead today if it were not for my passion and dedication to moving my body 7 days a week.

If you eat daily and don`t exercise daily, there will be a great chance you won`t lose weight like you should. Remember, it`s calories in, calories out. The body burns calories all day long by you just doing what you do naturally, but the body needs more than that! If you exercise 7 days a week and stay on your SlimAway program, you will consistently lose pounds month after month, and that`s not a hunch! I know many people look at what they lose each week, but it`s healthier to look at your weight lost monthly. Sometimes the body plays tricks on you certain weeks. The bottom line at the end of the month is what you should be paying attention to.

Before you start to exercise regularly, you have to have the motivation to do it. I think you know your motivation, don`t you? You want to live a long life and enjoy your blessings. You want to possess a strong mind and body, and you want to stay young.

After getting motivated, you have to find time to get your exercising in. I`m not a believer in doing a few minutes in the morning and a few minutes in the afternoon. I don`t think that does your body as much good as longer sprints of workouts. You find time to do so many things. I believe you can find the time to tune up your anatomy.

Once you`re motivated and time is on your side, your next decision will be what exercises you need to do. I do 4 days of cardio and 3 days of toning. I warm up and stretch in the morning when I get up and in the evening before bedtime. I`ve kept the weight off by eating healthy and being true to my tank tops and shorts.

So be good, and start exercising like you should!
