Well Today is my official weigh in and I only lost 0.8 ounces. I was a little bummed but am looking at it this way. I am probably gaining muscle and not fat since I had been to the gym everyday and doing what I am supposed to. So as long as I stayed roughly the same and didnt gain I guess I am ok with it.

This week will be better. :)

Myssi, Don't get discouraged. Like Marla said. It was a loss and any loss is something to be proud of, no matter how little. As long as I don't show a gain Its good. However any loss then is considered a improvement. I know it is easy to get discouraged but you are loosing! I myself am getting really impatient wanting to see the pounds come off. But I try to remember that I have just started and there is no magic wand that waving will magically make this work overnight. You're doing ok. Just stick with it!

Thanks Marie, I feel a little better about it today but yesterday I was just feeling a bit overwhelmed wanting it off faster. But I know the slower it comes off the more likely it will stay gone. Hope you have a good week, Good luck with your losing. This will be a good week for you!
