So that is great. hugs Marla BLECK~~~~Phooey lol Well Today is my official weigh in and I only lost 0.8 ounces. I was a little bummed but am looking at it this way. I am probably gaining muscle and not fat since I had been to the gym everyday and doing what I am supposed to. So as long as I stayed roughly the same and didnt gain I guess I am ok with it. As long as I don't show a gain Its good. However any loss then is considered a improvement. I know it is easy to get discouraged but you are loosing! I myself am getting really impatient wanting to see the pounds come off. But I try to remember that I have just started and there is no magic wand that waving will magically make this work overnight. You're doing ok.
