Happy Dance (to burn more calories, eh?) :-D

Weighed in tonight at Curves for my weekly check-in and have released 9 lbs. I had to do a double take. I said "ARE YOU SURE??" to the woman weighing me and she said yep, that's what it said... This puts me at:

30 pounds gone!!

HOLY COW....

God is good. No, wait.... God is GREAT!

The best part is that's 28 lbs since I saw my doctor and the nutritionist since last summer (Aug 15, to be exact, so practically 6 months to the day) and I am gonna see him Monday so I can stick my tongue out at him and say SEEEEEE?? SEEEEEE?? (LOL... not really at the sticking my tongue out, but maybe at the other)....

Hadta go looking at clothing tonight... didn't give in and buy anything, I want to hold off, ya know.... if I am going to fly through some pounds this early-spring, I don't want all my spring/summer clothes looking frippy cuz of being toooooooo big, ya know? But, since I haven't bought my scale or anything else as a 25 lb treat, I had to get a new Joyce Meyer book ;-) (just HAD to)
