2 whole wheat Tortilla 3 egg whites ¼ cup diced chicken ½ cup of beans Salsa to taste Slice of garlic bread ½ orange 45 minutes of Taebo-Kicked my butt! I'm only able to do a couple of leg lifts and then I need to go back to the butterfly position. I'm looking forward to reporting that I can do the whole thing in a breeze. I had something to write about tonight but it completely slipped my mind. I guess a toothache will do that to you. Mike and I had a good day today. We walked to the library which was about four blocks away. Then we walked to the museum that was four blocks away blocks away, then we walked home which was another three blocks. So a total of twelve blocks. I live about three blocks from the park, so I am thinking about walking down to the park and walking around it a couple

of times. Caesar Chavez park is in the middle of a bunch of businesses and hotels, so I’m ok walking by myself. I’m thinking about becoming a personal trainer as part of my career choice. I have found out that I need a bachelors, masters or doctoral degree in exercise science or physical education. Wow! I better get my behind back to school. I also have to be part of either the ACSM, NSPA, NSCA or ACE. That’s going to be funny a big person like me in a class for nutrition and exercise. I want to do it. I want to help people achieve their goals. I’ll sell video games on e-bay on the side to finance little things here

and there. A friend who is trying to lose weight just as I am is afraid to go out in public. She won’t go out without her husband. This really saddens me. No one on this earth should be afraid to go outside and be afraid of people. I’m assuming that she is afraid that people will make fun of her. I haven’t gotten an answer to that yet. No matter what size a person is, they should get outside. First of all, we shouldn’t care what other people think about our bodies. I know that we are human beings and human beings crave relationships but then we should be looking for relationships with people who care about us. If someone makes a nasty remark, then blow them off. You don’t want a relationship with them anyways and always pray for them, that they will see what

they have done wrong. My friends, the human body needs sunshine, oxygen, water, and exercise. Sunshine brightens our day and allows our body to process many vitamins. Sunshine helps us heal our bodies and minds. There have been studies that people who are kept in the dark or live in areas that have a low amount of sunshine are prone to illness and mental illness. Our bodies need oxygen to feed our white blood cells. White blood cells are the little guys that fight the viruses and bacteria in our body. Oxygen is also a mental stimulant, the mind just works

better when it has fresh air. Water is an important factor in our lives. Our body is made from more than 60% water. It’s amazing we are not sea creatures. When we drink water, it cleanses our body of impurities that are making it sick. Many of our organs need a large supply of water just to function correctly. I know from personal experience that when I’m in or around water, I feel alive! Wow, sorry this was so long but I don’t want to see anyone hole up in a shell or home. I was holed up in my mom’s apartment for more than 10 years because I was embarrassed of my weight and her

ex-alcohol problem. 10 years of my life passed me by. Don’t let it happen to you.

- Helps protect you from nasty viruses.
