Guest guest
February 2, 2006 3 egg whites 2 slices of sour dough bread 40 ounces of green tea 1 svg Gabi Teddy Bear Honey Cookies (15 lil bears) (97 calories, 5g fat, 47% calories from fat, 12g carbs, 0mg sodium, 1g protein) 1 cup pasta 2 cups carrots & spinach 40 ounces of green tea 4 ounce of pork/beef mix I really thought that they Teddy Bears were going to be a good snack at 12 cents a serving. I guessed wrong. I guess that I’ll wrap them up and donate them to the homeless who need the fat right now. Some of them get so skinny from all the drugs that they are doing. I know the feeling. I use to take crack to try to lose weight. It really makes you drop the pounds. The side affects though are not worth the results. I belong to several weight loss support groups. I see so many people say that they cheated. I despise that phrase, because it may cause feelings of guilt. Those feelings of guilt may turn to binge eating and then the binge eating may stop the person from following their program. I’ve seen it written over and over again. I say admit that you didn’t follow your program to a T and get over it. The next minute is a new moment. You can make a better choice the minute later. Under all circumstances, Do Not make yourself feel bad or beat yourself up. You know that we all do it. “I’ve cheated, I’ve blown everything.” Or “I will never lose weight because I have no will power.” We need to build ourselves up with positive affirmations. So the next time you feel that you have fallen off program tell yourself “I will make a better choice for my next meal or snack.” Or tell yourself “I’m in control of my health, I WILL make better choices.” Then do it. One more step - Helps protect you from nasty viruses.
