Guest guest
English muffin with ½ tbsp of butterLarge Banana (2 svg fruit)A cup of carrotsA cup of spinach1 cup of noodlesSlice of garlic breadMaruchan Instant LunchSlice of garlic breadAsian Pear1 cup of yogurt I've added some more recipes to the website!! I should have had a better dinner and more fruit. Mike is getting over a cold and I didn’t feel like making a whole meal for me. Boy was that the wrong choice. That Maruchan Instant lunch is like 53% fat. Not a good choice at all. One more week and it’s payday, which means better food choices because we have the money to spend. I was never good with supply and demand. Is the ruling if a product is in high demand that it will go down in price? When an item is not in high demand, the price is raised? I wonder what would happen if people stopped buying junk food. Would the companies stop making sugary snacks? I wish I was like Newman who has all those salad dressings for sale. I would love to be able to produce an item and have someone put it on the market shelves and sell it. Or to be able to have the money to raise deer, buffalo, rabbit or ostrich which are much, much leaner than cattle and pork. I could see myself owning a farm and selling products online. Los Gatos, Los Altos, even parts of San are still rich farmland. This whole area use to be orchards and cattle farms. Now that would burn some calories off of me, having to take care of a farm all day long. I'm going to have to go to the doctor and check if I have Asthma. When I exercise or even climb stairs I start to wheeze really bad. It sounds aweful. It goes away in a couple minutes when I slow my breathing down but it scares me. I know it's a onset of my weight.
