Guest guest
I just wanted to thank everyone for all the encouragement, support and advice. I'm so glad I found this group. It's so neat to hear all the other successes and to see the pics of all of your cute kids. My dh told these friends of ours about the plagio our son Preston has (they are in their 80s) and they knew a woman 50+ years ago that had 3 boys, all with " flat heads " and to fix them, she applied gentle pressure every day, several times a day for a long time and they all 3 turned out with great heads. I thought this was interesting. Guess we're not the first to go through this and thank God for modern medicine. We do what we have to do when it comes to our kids. I'm anxious for our appt. with the specialist tomorrow to see what is next. We are being fairly successful with repositioning him at night in his crib. Everytime we check on him he is either straight or has his head turned to the right (plagio is on left). Hopefully it will help some. Anyhow, thanks again to you all. I look forward to getting to know some of you more. Thanks. mommy to Preston 5 mo. old
Guest guest
: What an interesting story about the 80 yr olds 3 children. That is so neat. I guess the mom was way ahead of her time. How in the world did she think to apply pressures like that? Must be a very smart lady. It sounds like your repositioning is going terrific! I hope you continue to see great success with it . Please let us know how the appt w/your specialist goes Friday. Good luck.
