Hi ,

Yes, I'm Christian, but no you haven't offended me. :) I was raised

Catholic, but I will totally admit that I was never Christian until

this past year. I am " born again " (yeah, I realize the tag that

goes with that but I assure you I'm not a nutcase) :)

I have to agree with you that the Bible was written by men, and has

been translated. The thing about the Bible is that it is beleived

to have been written with divine inspiration. Now, you'd have to

beleive in God and have accepted Jesus (Christian) to beleive that

it was written with such inspiration. Those of us that do beleive

that, take the Bible very seriously.

However, there are those that take it word for word, or take certain

verses out of context etc...

Myself, I tend to beleive that there is a lesson and a " word " for us

all to learn from, but it is not always to be taken literally.

Remember, in Revelations those whom were being addressed were a

people that lived 2000 years ago and the culture and language was

different. I beleive that it will all come to pass, but

figuratively, not word for word.. that is certainly is pre-ordained,

but that does not mean that we do not have control of fate.. we were

given " choice " and with that, we can change anything...

Anyway, that's that.

The point is that even though I am Christian (gasp!) :)

I think that this micro-chip idea is some very scary stuff! We

really need to stop this, and yes " fight a good fight " . Remember,

we are not living in a heaven, we are living in the world, and much

evil lurks here regardless of religon. Just look at vaccines, they

are evil evil things. Historically they are traced back to ancient

Eygpt when the people worshiped their Cow Godess (hence the cowpox

vaccine), later the vatican played a major role in those as well as

much of modern medicine. The vaticans motives at the time were

questionable. (I'll not say more on that as to not offend any Roman

Catholics).

We all, regardless of our beleifs must recognize the evil and fight

against it!

Okay, those are my two cents :)

I agree with Laurette. I am a Christian and still want to stop this!! The mark

of the beast will be after the anti-Christ has risen to power. God's people

will be gone by then.

Those that made predictions about the end of the world were false profits.

Noone should listen to them. Noone will know when it's really coming.

Many many things in the Bible have been proven to be fact. The Old Testament

was written predicting what then happened in the New Testament which ended up

being true. The Case for Christ is a book written by an Atheist. He was trying

to disprove it and instead, now believes.

God is loving, but each person makes his or her own choice. God is a Just God.

He is not corrupt. He will hold people accountable for their actions!

I am a universalist... and my worry is that the Rapture already

happened and the only person who got taken up was a single janitor

from Tulsa named Joe with no family or friends. EEK!! What if NO ONE

was pure enough to be brought into heaven??!!??? Sorry!! Just sounds

crazy enough to be true..

Ya know, adults aren't pure. Noone is or will be. All have sinned...

but when the Christians go, all children go.
