Guest guest
You know what I will say See a homeopath You can't just take some combo from a health food store and think that will do it. Seeing a homeopath for hte whole picture is what is needed. It is not natural to have b/p increase come at menopause. My mom was given BP meds for white coat syndrome blood pressure and had the reaction that I HAVE DEALT WITH this whole year and SHE HAS LOST 10 months of her life. She is nearly normal now. But they also gave her a diuretic which could have been part of the problem......... So, drugs are not the answer. And your body KNOWS IT SHOULD not be an allopaths office as it is extremely dangerous (FOR ANY REASON) and it reacted with elevated BP. So stay out of there and monitor your BP. Losing weight and exercise certainly helps. Sometimes taking Magnesium is helpful as most have too much Calcium and not enough Magnesium. 125 mg twice a day might help. But if it persists, see a homeopath Sheri At 09:20 AM 12/27/2004 -0500, you wrote: > >I have the " white coat syndrome " my BP wet up to 140/120 when at the doctors, he made me sit there and I could feel it beating in me. I asked to just have the pap and let me out of there, but no he made me sit there and " relax " . Well next time it was 169/140! Of which he sent me to the ER to " ease his mind " even though I told him it was the White Coat Syndrome " . I got to the ER and sat there for an hour waiting, and it was normal. I have taken it over time from then on and it was fine but for two times it was " borderline " , >by their standards, 140/90, then I had nothing else to do while my kids shopped so took it two more times, the top number went down and the bottom went up to 94. > >Question is, I saw something in a Natural food store once for High Blood Pressure, and can't remember the name of it. >Is there anyone that know of Homeopathic, herbal or would even a Chiropractor (?) that would help.
