I can see you leaving for a trip, but not just any old trip - a trip to a NEW YOU! Welcome onboard for my only Cruise to Lose this year, and it`s my 25th one – our Silver Cruise! I have an extremely busy year because I`ll be traveling a lot and teaching sweatin` classes all over the country, so I only have time for one. It`s gonna be fun, so are you coming? We leave April 29th from Miami, and we`re sailing on the Triumph, a ship we`ve sailed on and loved before, and for 7 days, you will belong to me, me, ME! I am now planning all our activities for this exciting week. We will have a Rise and Shine each morning where we will focus in on all we have to get done that day, and believe me; it`s plenty! We will have seminars on the FoodMover, basic nutrition, workout info, Project Me meetings, and more! Oh, and I almost forgot – fabulous Sweatin` and Tonin` classes. We will be using the new green and yellow tonin` rings that we used on the new Super Tonin` video! Yes, we will be visiting 3 fantastic ports, the first being Cozumel. Here you can swim with the dolphins or come with me for a little party at Senor Frog`s. I`ve danced at the one in Mazatlan, but this will be my first trip to the Senor Frog`s in Cozumel. There will be time for you to visit the Mayan Ruins in Tulum. They are a wonder of the world! The second stop is Grand Cayman. You can swim with the stingrays at Stingray City, walk on the world famous 7-mile beach, and snorkel or take a scuba lesson. There`s a lot of shopping here for magnificent jewelry, fine china, and crystal. Our last stop is Ocho Rios, Jamaica, where you can climb Dunn`s River Falls, go tubing on the White River, take a plantation tour, or visit one of the many beautiful botanical gardens. I have ordered perfect weather for the trip. I`m getting so excited about our 25th cruise because I will get to spend time with many people who have been cruising with me for decades, and I can`t wait to meet all the new people who are cruising for the first time!
