I just thought I'd take a minute and let you all know I lost 3 pound this week. I am so pleased. I am going to start working on my issues with food -- overeating and occasionally binging/purging --- with my psychologist. I have been seeing her for three years for bipolar disorder, so I'm really comfortable with her. The bipolar is finally under control, and I feel pretty good mood-wise most of the time. I am going to tackle weight and eating issues now with her.
