RECAP ON NEW YORK

Well, it`s so great to be back in Los Angeles, and I have to tell you my

mind is filled with so many great memories of New York! Of course, it was

cold there, and you know what I was wearing. LOL. People would scream at me

when I was walking down the streets saying, " Hey, Rich, aren`t you cold? "

And I would say, " No, all this sweatin` keeps my body at a great

temperature, " and they would just laugh.

The first show that I did was " The Today Show. " I just had the greatest

time! It was pouring down rain and 30 degrees, and I was out on " The Today

Show " Plaza handing out my new videos and audio CD`s. Then I sat down with

for a very nice interview, and then she took me down to the control

room so I could get all those people in their chairs moving a bit! I also

got to spend some time with Matt, Al, and Anne. These people are so

wonderful, and they work very hard at doing their jobs.

After that, I did some local press on CN-8, which is a CNN station which

goes across the whole east coast. Then I had a few meetings, and then went

to CNN to do " Showbiz Tonight. "

The " Showbiz Tonight " set is right next to the " Grace " set, and I just

adore her! I`ve been a fan since her show began, and I never thought I`d

ever meet her, because I`ve never committed a crime! On the way, I stopped

at a Swarovski Crystal store and bought a little present. It was a

crystal bird bath with 2 lovebirds on the side. I have one in my house, and

I thought she would like one, too. I made a card out that simply said…

You are an amazing grace!
