I too, look at the smaller goals...10, 15 lbs at a time. Seems more attainable. Then, givng "rewards" for each level... just got the new shoes... my b/f bought me a diamond necklace. I don't know what to think or how to act. He has never bought me something on that "level" of a gift..... scarey. Maybe it was his idea of a reward for all my hard work to get healthier this past year... ;-) What a sweetie...
