Guest guest
Hi Everyone, For the past couple of days I haven't been writing things down because I haven't been eating much of anything. There are days when I'm not very hungry and I can rely on liquids to sustain me. I know that my body needs fuel but I did feel like typing stuff down like 1 peanut butter and Jelly sandwhich 2 small asian pears 1 cup pasta 4 oz chicken That's how it has been for the past couple of days. I've been a bad girl with exercising. This always happens when a friend lets us borrow an X-box. I get involved in the video games and don't want to exercise. I'm going to turn that around though. I'm going to get some exercise videos from the library and make sure that I do one before I even sit down and play Resident Evil 4. Looking for work has sucked right now. Since the new year is here they are still laying off people in San because of budget cuts. I figure the only way to go is to either work for a county/city job or own an online business. I'm trying to do both. Actually sold a book today with a $7.00 profit. Now I just have to get my resellers license and I can apply for capital from a bank. I've almost got that finished too. I just have to pay off some bills and then my credit will look good for the bank. Blessings, 417/375/145 [link=http://www.TickerFactory.com/][image noborder] [/image] Photos Got holiday prints? You need to get the floor pad and play games like Dance, Dance Revolution! LOL
Guest guest
I know, I wish I did have the game! I've heard so much about it! I got some work out videos from the library and I do an hour of those before I even put in the video games.Sue in NJ <susang3@...> wrote: >I get involved in the video games and don't want to exercise. Guest guest
Toynicka, My Mom and Dad#2 are thinking of retiring in Arkansas, I might need to pick your brain soon about all the things they need to see and try! Best thing to do at a pizza buffet IMO is get a salad straight off and down at least one glass of water while you eat it, and then lean as much as you can towards veggie pizzas while steering clear of the desert pizzas (my downfall) and the bread sticks. I also blot the grease off like crazy. I used to hate pizza (for a traumatic emotional reason) and about three years ago fell hard and fast for it again. Plus, since I don't drive and it isn't safe to walk here at night, I end up ordering it more than I would like when I'm too tired to cook. Most of the time I stick with only two slices of veggie. Most of the time ;-) Great way to get right to work when you got home! a > > Ok, y'all..Went to Larry's with my kids. Anyone in this area (Arkansas) knows Larry's is a wonderful pizza buffet....and I did damage:(. But I got home rested a minute. Did 40 mins on the treadmill & TJ Ab workout. I burned 504 calories. I had a blue lagoon smoothie from Tropical smoothie for dinner. I can't do that again. This morning I completed TJ Cardio Party. I'm feeling great. Just made it to work. Have a great day everyone!! > > *****You receive, > In that which you believe**** > *******The Queen's iPhone******* >
Guest guest
Sure, Pick me about the Natural State...been here all my life. It is an excellent place, IMO, to retire & raise kids. Thanks for the advice. And you know that is where I messed up...Chocolate chip Peanut butter pizza.....OMGosh!!! I have never liked dessert pizza, but my kids insisted on me trying it. I will not do that again....as much as I can help it:). Thanks again for the advice.
