TO TELL THE TRUTH

Goodness, this website has been busy! I have so many thank you`s for you

all. Thank you to all of our new members who are joining by the hundreds!

Thank you to my loyal Webbies who have been with me from the beginning!

Thank you for all the great emails that you`ve sent me about all the new

features in our ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS! I know this is going to really help you

get to your goal.

Coming up this coming MONDAY, JANUARY 9 will be my first LIVE AUDITORIUM for

the year! I just adore doing my monthly auditorium. It`s so great to chat

with all of you and help you in any way I can. I know how crazy your

schedule is at the beginning of the year, but I would love to invite all of

you CLUB MEMBERS to join me MONDAY EVENING at 5:15 PST/8:15 EST. Our topic

is WEIGHT LOSS HONESTY!

We were all raised to be honest and never lie. As we grow, just like

Pinocchio, we tell some lies here and there. No, our nose doesn`t grow, but

we don`t grow to be a fine human being with too much lying. That`s why on

Monday night, we`re going to tell the truth and nothing but the truth!

You have to be truthful with yourself if you want to be successful at

anything. Some people try to fool themselves about what they`re eating or

about how much exercising they`re doing. I met so many people while I was in

New York who`d walk up and say to me, " I don`t know why I`m this overweight.

I don`t eat very much, and I exercise every day. " Now, I don`t have to be a

fortune teller to find out that they`re not telling me the truth! If you`re

eating what you`re supposed to eat in the right portions, and if you`re

exercising religiously, then you can`t stay at a very high weight. It

doesn`t work that way!

So are you being honest with you? Are you honest about how you`re eating,

how you`re moving, and how you`re thinking? Well, we`re going to talk all

about it Monday. I know this has got you thinking, and I want you to think

about this! Sometimes we overeat, but we tell ourselves that we really

didn`t eat that much. And sometimes we do just a little teeny bit of

exercise, but we tell everybody we`re walking 5 miles a day. So please try

to join us, and let`s get to the truth of the matter!
