Hey Sue never be embarrassed to face the scale and report. Having Tom with you right now does not help the scale. I find the week before my period I weigh more than I do the week of. Everyone is different. Face the scale whether tom is there or not. If you lost it will show when your body gets back to cycle. Being down for me is hard as well. Thank you!~ I have the outlook of my weight loss journey as this: It will be a lifestyle change, not a diet. It will be a life long struggle because I have had a lifetime to make these bad eating habits common, and it make take a long to control the food instead of the food controlling me. But I feel in my heart, I can do it. I will stumble and fall off the weight loss road, nobody is perfect, but I will win because I don't quit and do what I feel I need to, and that is eat healthy, exercise, and anything else that will help me with my weight loss and management of that weight loss, and stay healthy!
