Guest guest Posted January 1, 2006 Report Share Posted January 1, 2006 Hi Everyone... Well I started my diet last week when the doctor told me I'm 340 lbs and wont weigh again till Tuesday . I will check in and let you know how I'm doing. I have decided to start out slowly and build up from there I am keeping track of the exercise I do and exchanges. I don't know which diet is best WW or or the plate... but have just right now been eating less starches , more veggies and fruit.. Thanks for letting me join!
