THE BIG MONDAY

Oh, yes, siree! It`s a BIG Monday, and I know you have big plans. Over the last week, so many of you have joined my Clubhouse. If you haven`t yet, make this a real big Monday and join today!

So where is your FoodMover? Have you taken a refresher course and read all the info you need about the food exchanges and how many calories you should be on? Well, you know you should be on Blast Off this week. You need to drop some calories and start to train your tummy to accept the correct portions of food!

I hope you cleaned your refrigerator out and made the time to buy healthy groceries to start this week off in a big way. Have you planned your exercise for this week? Remember, the SlimAway Fitness Challenge is still alive and kicking in January! So remember, this year you`ve got to really make it a point to get your workouts in.

All year, we`ve been adding a lot of information and motivation to our Clubhouse. When you click on the Clubhouse Home Page, you will now see these colorful tabs which will help you on your Road to Success! The green tab says My Journal. Click that tab, and there you will see ways to keep you more inspired this year!

I have always talked about keeping a journal, and I know most of you have not started, so I have set a journal up for you! Click the pink box that says Open My Journal, and there you will see your very own pink journal! Now click and open up your journal. I want you to really stay true to coming here every day and journaling your progress.

In the food journal, you`ll write down all your food thoughts. You`ll write about new recipes you`ve tried, and you write about those little slips you made so you can see it in black and white. You can plan your menus there.

Next is my exercise diary, which will help you keep track of all the exercising you did! You can write about your progression of more cardio or heavier toning, and it`s a great way to write down all the songs that make you shimmy and shake!

There are also tabs for your success, your "oops" moments, your thoughts, your affirmations, and of course, your blessings! This journal is sort of your life story. Not only will it help you to write about all of these things, but you will learn from taking the time and journaling your days. Remember your goals, and remember that writing them down will help you get there!
