MORE, MORE, MORE!

As I was saying yesterday, congratulations to all our new members in the

Clubhouse! Over the holidays, my team and I worked very hard to give you

more – more inspiration and more motivation! The new section of the

CLUBHOUSE, ROAD MAP TO MY SUCCESS, is up and running! I called it a Road Map

to Success because that`s what it is. All the new features that are up are

to help you on your journey to lose weight. You can click on the red tab and

read the OVERVIEW to see what it`s all about, but for now, I`ll tell you all

about it right here!

The first thing you`ll do is see where you are on your Road to Success. Go

to the orange tab, and fill out your PROFILE AND GOALS, which includes your

current weight, your age, your height, how often you exercise, a little

medical history, and whether or not you have any food restrictions. There is

also a place in the profile to put your measurements in, and then there is

room to set five other goals besides weight loss! Maybe on these goals you

would challenge yourself. It`s good to keep track of all your goals so you

can see how you`re progressing on your journey. After you put the

information in, you`ll press " save profile. " It will tell you what your

healthy weight range is, and you can pick a number in that range for your

goal weight.

After you`ve completed this, go to MY MEAL PLANNER, which is the blue tab.

Now you know it`s all about planning! This is where you can find your

healthy menus. There are also recipes on your meal plans to keep you from

getting meal plan burnout. You can also print out your food sheets and write

down everything that you`re eating, which will in turn give you more support

with your food.

Next you`ll go to the yellow tab which is MY PROGRESS. This is where you can

weigh in and keep up with your weight loss. There`s a little weight tracker

there so you can visually see how great you`re doing!

The green tab, which I`ve told you about before is your JOURNAL. This is

your weight loss diary that I have created for you. Did you ever keep a

diary when you were younger? Do you keep one now? I have journaled about my

life all my life. Sometimes when you write things down, you get to see

things more clearly. In this journal, we`ll talk about your eating and your

exercising and what`s really going on in your life. You can always go back

in your journal and see what you wrote a couple of days ago or a week ago.

Yes, this takes time, but it`s time well spent! When you journal, thoughts

don`t just disappear. You write them down forever and learn from them!

When I was redoing our Website, I asked for you all to email me your

suggestions, and so far, we`ve made almost all your ideas possible!
