Sorry i had a glitch with the last post... lol.... as i was saying,

basically i had to change my attitude about food. I have gotten off

track and have managed to keep the majority of the weight off, although

my weight still goes up and down. As much as i hate to exercise i know

it is vital that i do so. Walking alone has helped me. Hope this

helps in any way. Take care
