Haven't chronicled the cals yet

Monday

9.00 am

Bfast 2 poached eggs

1 sausage

snack

2 small mandarins

2:30 pm

Lunch

Homemade burger in wholewheat homemade bun with mango chutney lettuce, tom,

onion.

1:00 am

Dinner

Two egg omlet with cheese on Ryvita with lots of chutney.

9 glasses water

walked 2k

worked from 6pm to midnight

Tuesday

Got up at 3.00 am to drop former bf to airport

went to sister house at 4:20 am to work on project til noon.

8:30 am

bfast

1/3 cabbage and 1 onion " fried " in water with two eggs.

1 tomato sliced

Snack

1 mandarin

5:30 pm

Lunch

Homemade cauliflower and broccolli soup

2 whole wheat dinner roles

2 mandarins

water so far 6 glasses

exercise nil

work from 1:30 pm - til ????
