The *main* thing that is working for me is moving my body more. Remember my new year/old year check in: I walked 1.33 million steps in 7 months last year...

The 2nd thing that is working for me is increasing my water intake/decreasing my caffeine/carbonation intake...

The 3rd thing that is working for me is I follow the Thin Within principles of hunger/fullness... I do not really limit myself on what I "can" or "cannot" eat, as long as I wait for hunger and stop before I am so stuffed I fall into a coma ;-)

I think that's about it....
