(too busy visualizing 20 lb sack of flour or sugar gone LOL) <bryefield@y...> wrote: Good job - adios 8 sticks of butter
Guest guest
and I didn't think of it as sacks of flour LOL I guess I'll have to go to the store and look at 20 pound bag of something. Guest guest
Great job kelly on losing 2!! Guest guest
LOL - I know the feeling - I used to do once a week but this go around I usually do every morning. It seems to be keeping me a little more on the straight and narrow - I'm trying to break out of the 300's this month --- Myssi <justmyssi@...> wrote: > Great job kelly on losing 2!! Guest guest
Well I must admit I did go peek on my scale this morning and I had not been on it since the 5th, and since then I have lost 5 BUT I know that is all water and it can go right back up just as quick as it came down. So I am trying to not watch it but I bet I slip again and peek before the 12th. LOL Good luck on your goal this week, I know you can do it! Guest guest
water weight counts! 3 days in a row this week my scale was exactly the same - not even a change in ounces grrr then the next day I was up 2, then back down - I just have to remember to get all my water in. I know tomorrow will be up because I didn't get in today, though my calories were under 1500. --- Myssi <justmyssi@...> wrote: > Well I must admit I did go peek on my scale > this morning and I had not been on it since the > 5th, and since then I have lost 5 BUT I know > that is all water and it can go right back up > just as quick as it came down. Guest guest
I am collecting margarine boxes.. and going to glue them together for the weight I have loss.. then when I have a bad day I can see where I came from and say wow.. ok.. moving on....lol Toby my dh said later we can weigh some rocks and put them in a back pack to show us how much weight has came off like on the biggest loser..that is a good idea to we will be doing that Kate God never promises to remove us from our struggles. He does promise, however, to change the way we look at them.
