Hey Sue. I'm doing pretty good this morning. Yeah i went and

stocked up on slimfast too. With it being the beginning of the year,

a lot of placed have it on sale. I was able to get it for 2 for $9

the bonus package. i love the cappuccino too. Man, i haven't had any

in a while and that stuff really is an appetite suppressant also.

I've noticed the difference.

WTG on the YMCA. I think that's a great idea!! I hope it affordable

for ya and you are about to get it.

I can't wait til next week when I go back to work and back to the

gym!! I'm really missing the gym.
