I am going home tonight from work and work on my lists. Physical, spiritual, financial and work related. On Boxing Day I was celebrating because I had lost five pounds. By This morning I had put on ten. Oh well, which ever it is, it is. Went walking and swimming this morning. The sea is wonderful but the sun is too d--- hot for December, got a mild sunburn even though I was home by 10.00 am.
