I put in my journal I would weigh in Wed in the AM so I could get a good reading for AM weigh in. So this AM it was 230.4. Which I have recorded in my journal. My next weigh in is sunday AM. Had a binge yesterday. After thinking about it I held back for to long and then ended up binging. Binge lasted about 10 min. In that time I had three brownies. So my goal is to listen to my cravings and end them before they go wild. What I could of done is when I started getting that sweet craving is had a sugar free pudding OR jello OR a piece of fruit. Also I have been doing creststrips in the daytime. I am going to try and do it after dinner and then just drink water OR a sugar free snack after 7 pm. Whenver you start feeling a binge coming on... drink a big glass of water and wait 15 minutes.
