Yeah it's is nice to talk with people who know how you feel. I

can't stand it when a skinny mini who has been that way for a

lifetime tells me how or what i should be doing.

That's fantastic!! And such an ego booster too huh? But remember

when you first lose it's a lot of water weight!!

I don't count calories. I just eat the right foods containing low

to moderate amounts of calories. It's possible but a lot of people

tend to disagree with this method.

You shouldn't be on a " diet " anyway!! Like i always say, don't do

anything to lose weight that you can't commit to for the rest of

your life. It's a lifestyle change. Then you won't have to worry

about " going off " .

Yeah i know the feeling!! I donated my money to a gym for 2

years!! But now I love the gym and i miss it when i don't go. Like

now!!

Yep Maralee..after looking at all these diets that is what I came to , eating less and more healthy.

The links and somewhere lol I got on different diets and how effective they are and by the time I was done reading I thought Ok... less food , healthier choices and get up and move! lol

I'm going to do more yard work, I look at it as a two fold blessing I become more active and my yard will look super ... now that is a good choice..

LOL!!I was going to count calories and I still might, but in my heart of heart Ijust want to eat less and not have to be so obsessed with the "diet." I wantit to be natural...so it can become routine for me and I won't have to "gooff" the diet at some point.I need to get back to Curves...haven't been there in 3-4 weeks (in otherwords, I just donated $39 to the organization for nothing). My weight-loss doc & my dietitian tell me the same thing: The only things that you have to do to lose weight are to eat less & to move more. When you are following a specific diet -- no matter what the diet -- you are going to lose because you are eating less. I am not restricting myself from anything in my diet.
