Ooops. I meant that walking for six miles should use up 1000 cals. Walking

for 20 miles should use up about a pound.

I don't eat just 1000 cals still. That is too low for a long time plan. I

figure 1200-1500 cals per day should do it. More if I stay away from highly

refined foods.
