LAST AUDITORIUM THIS YEAR

Last March, this all-new new website of ours went up. I assembled an amazing

group of people to put this terrific site together. When we all sat down for

our first meeting, my team asked me to make out a dream list. You know, a

list of everything I wanted to see on my new site.

Well, I made out my list, gave it to the team and they all went to work.

Over the last ten months, my dream list has become a reality. Every month,

new features and lots more information regarding eating healty and

exercising were added.

Thousands and thousands of hours were spent creating a Clubhouse for the

site that would be second to none. (I think all of you Clubhouse members

would agree with that.)

The Clubhouse now includes my entire SlimAway Everyday program. That means

each day you get menus for all your meals, a success story to help encourage

you and a motivational tip to help you keep going. And, to top it all off,

you get exercise recommendations for each day, too.

There are 30 days to follow with SlimAway and the program includes lots of

recipes so your taste buds will never get bored. Every month, I create five

new recipes that Marlisa and I dream up and cook up for you. Wait. I`m not

finished!

I just recently added a whole new exercise information area for you, too.

Here you will learn all about, you guessed it...EXERCISE. If you`ve ever had

questions about workouts, you will find all your answers in this section.

And what do all these fabulous features from my Clubhouse produce? Why,

succes stories, of course! The Bulletin Boards are filled with people

talking about how great they are doing. They`re following the SlimAway

program and as it pays off, they are finally seeing great results. Hooray!

I love to hear about some of those results when I chat with all my Webbies

in the live Auditoriums I hold each month. Well, next Monday will be my last

Auditrorium for 2005.

As we prepare to say farewell to the old year, the theme for next week`s

Auditorium will be HOLIDAY SWEAT. I do hope all of you Clubhouse members

will meet me in the auditorium this coming Monday at 5:15 PST and 8:15 EST.

Now I know many of you who come and read my Message Of The Day truly need

more inspiration than you`re getting right now. So join the Clubhouse today
