Guest guest Posted November 4, 2005 Report Share Posted November 4, 2005 Hello everyone, Had my WI on Wednesday and I was up 1.4pounds . I had stayed on program but gained anyway. It did give me the kick in pants I needed though. I got up at 5:30 and walked on the treadmill. I have been trying to get the motivation to do that for about 2 weeks. I plan to walk again tomorrow morning. I'm trying not to let the weight gain bother me too much because I am my own worst enemy and tend to sabotage myself when I get discouraged. You watch The Biggest Loser right? Rmemeber when they don't lose one week they lose BIG the next! I'm hoping my scale will move (in the right direction) and yours will too!
