I have just started back writing down what I eat so I figured I would post it and that would keep me motivated to write. B'fast- 9.00am 2 poached eggs(British poached no fat) 4 WW crackers 1 sm grapefruit - 320 cals Exercise - 11.30 am 40 mins of belly dancing for fat burning. Snack 12.20 pm 6oz No fat yogurt - 90 cals (Missed lunch our website crashed and I couldn't get away) Snack - 5.30 pm 1 cup coffee with milk and sugar- ??cals Supper - 7.00 pm Lg bowl of oat porridge (2 oz dry) --??cals Sm apple Weight 220lbs I am hoping to get home tonight before 1.00 am since we are under the third day of flooding. TD#27 is dumping rain all over us. What a hurricane season this has been. Feel like all we have been doing since early June is dodging hurricanes. By tomorrow it is officailly over. 's message about focussing on the muscle is very good.
