Sounds as thought your trainer is willing to work with you and help you make the changes that you need to make (that we all need to make!) to help you be more healthy.

to hear about the loss. It's always harder when

they are younger than us. Work on your plans -

Eileen first Happy Happy 50th. Sounds like great planning on your part about going to the gym and riding there. You go girl. I am so sorry you have to go to a funeral on your birthday. Was your friend ill OR did the stroke come out of no where. It is stories like that, that keep me going to trying to be a loser.

Thanks to everyone regarding my adventures with my trainer. I did write up a 6-day menu plan and will send to him today - that was a LOT of work!

Today is the "fix" for the root canal, and no workout, but I expect to go in tomorrow.
