Man those numbers were just glowing!! This might be why I let what happened Congratulations! That is so great that you hit that milestone! Soon you will be in the 2's!! Even with the food you ate today, you didn't do too bad. I know we have all had worse food fests than that! You are doing so well. How many pounds are you down now? I remember it is quite a few. I remember we were comparing weight losses when you first joined. I am now down 83 pounds. Beth

Feels good doesn't it? I'm down 87lbs. now. I'm trying to decide whether or not to make my next goal 275 or 250. Right now I'm thinking I would LOVE to weigh 275!! So I might go with that first with the holidays coming and all, I don't want to stress myself out. Thank you and yes it feels so great!! Congrats on your 87 lbs! Sounds like a great goal. I think it really helps to have mini-goals to break weight loss down into. It makes it seem not quite so overwhelming. Beth

Guest guest
Most definately!! I don't even have an ultimate weightloss goal. People ask me how much I want to lose all the time. Like now I'll tell them oh I'm working on losing 25 lbs. hahaha. Some look at me kinda weird afta I say that. Like they are thinking, you need to lose more than that, but I just smile and K.I.M.(Keep it moving). > > Thank you and yes it feels so great!! Congrats on your 87 lbs! Sounds like > a great goal. Guest guest
I'm just glad that you are not beating yourself up for the BBQ. So many of us do that. Did you make that 5 mile walk in? And I am not always (...and don't intend to act as if I am) as on cue as it may sometimes appear to be... I just came from a cookout. and well, I had a hotdog, a hamburger, some tuna mac salad and chips...oh and a piece of lemon cake and some cucumbers and tomatoes. I did only drink water so that's a positive right?? right?? Hahahaha.... but that's the last meal for today for me. Anyway after all this food settles a bit, ya know i'm on my way to the park!! gonna try to do 5 miles today. Must do 5 miles today!!Now the good. Went to the doctor's office this morning to get some lab work done for my physical on Monday. So while I was there I asked if I could use the scale!! Well... It read 300.3!! Man those numbers were just glowing!! This might be why I let what happened above happen. Hmmm... I sure hope I didn't ruin my 300 mark. Well we'll find out tomorrow for sure. And if I did it's ok... but i don't think it will make that much difference cause yesterday I only ate like 700 calories. When i put that into my fitday.com tracker, I was like whoa!! I can't be doing that. and that probably explains the slight headache I've had since early afternoon too. Cause now that i ate all that food the headache is now gone.Happy Losing!!SW: 387CW: 300.3 (before the cookout, LOL)GW: 300 for Good Click here to donate to the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
