Guest guest
congrats!! way to go!! *smile* I think the small increments is a good idea. I don't even think about a final goal. in fact my first goal was to be able to go to the doctor and be weighed on the regular scale. it goes up to 350. now i'm only 20 pounds away from my second goal. People ask me all the time, how much you want to lose. I either reply I'm working on 20lbs. or i say i don't know til i'm comfortable with myself. > Well, I did it. Guest guest
Deb, you've got the right idea - 5 or 10 pound goals - I shoot for 10 <GBG>. I think it's great that you made the commitment to go to WW! --- Deborah <koalafuzz@...> wrote: > Well, I did it. Followed through with > re-joining WW's tonight. I ate regularly allday because there is no way that I could go withouteating. Anyway, my official starting weight is 285.6pounds.
