congrats!! way to go!! *smile*

I think the small increments is a good idea.

I don't even think about a final goal. in fact my first goal was to

be able to go to the doctor and be weighed on the regular scale. it

goes up to 350. now i'm only 20 pounds away from my second goal.

People ask me all the time, how much you want to lose. I either

reply I'm working on 20lbs. or i say i don't know til i'm

comfortable with myself.

Deborah: Congratulations on going to WW, and getting on that scale!! a

very courageous step!!!! The new leader sounds excellent!

Deb, you've got the right idea - 5 or 10 pound

goals - I shoot for 10 <GBG>. I think it's great

that you made the commitment to go to WW!

Just remember that the 285.6 is just a starting weight. I'm really glad that your happy with the WW leader. I'm like you I like interaction not lecture.
