SERIOUSLY

I have come to the conclusion that the majority of people living on this fine earth of ours don`t take exercising seriously, and this is upsetting to me! So many of you have toyed with working out for years. This new aerobic video came out, and you just had to own it. Owning it and doing it are two different things, aren`t they? You heard about a yoga belly dancing class and decided to go with your girlfriends. You went once, and your stomach ached for a whole week. A new gym opened up near you. If you joined right away, you would get 4 free sessions with a personal trainer. You went exactly 4 times, although you pay for the membership every single month!

Over the years, you might have purchased a treadmill, an exercise bike, and other pieces of equipment. You used them for a while, but only for a while. You`ve clipped out articles about different kinds of exercises that you promised yourself you wanted to do, and here many of you sit with weight to lose and no serious commitment to moving!

It`s time for a summer wakeup call! You should do everything in your power to fit an exercise program into your existence. Exercise is by far the easiest way to improve your health. Any doctor will tell you that, and heck, you don`t need a doctor`s opinion! Your common sense tells you so! Where there is movement, there is longevity. If you exercise, chances are you will live a longer life. If you combine that movement with moving the healthiest foods through your body, you will get slimmer, and I do mean all parts of you, including your waist, hips, thighs, and buns… everywhere!

You must stop your sporadic bursts to exercise and do it every day for the rest of your life. If you`ve fallen from grace with your workouts, it`s easy to fix! Go back to the gym, and get your money`s worth! Look in your local newspaper and see what specialty classes, like aerobics, yoga, toning, and stretching, are held near you. Trying new types of exercising will keep you from getting exercise burnout. Get all your favorite workout videos together, and do a different one each day.

If you take this whole exercise thing seriously, you will see serious and exciting results!

Love,
